Day 3, in brief.

Today was a great day. I had a deliciously fatty (but sugar-free) brunch with an old friend at Macon Bistro, away from kids while my husband babysat and transported said kids to birthday parties for me. I was down a pound from last week on the scale this morning. Also, I’ve noticed less anxiety on my part. I have never been a person with general anxiety, until the past few months. It’s become startling. And yet these last few days, I actually feel… calm.
